Shree Gaun phark school

Our third school. Introduced to us via Kumar Adhikeri and ex pupil from the school and teacher at Shree Laxmi School. Wow what a journey this school is built at the top of a mountain for the very low cast people of Nepal. Yes unfortunately they still operate a discriminatory cast system. It takes about 3 hours over mountain tracks to get to and so remote.

However we were pre warned and so on our first visit went armed with everything necessary. Rice cooker, pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, washing equipment. All the food: rice, dhal, soya,salt, masala, oil, soap etc. Again we had a fantastic day and again made our pledge to never let these children go hungry
